SYNOPSIS

Narrated by the author Tunde Oyeneyin herself—phenomenal Peloton instructor and fitness personality—Speak is a beautifully written story of self-reflection, personal growth and her gradual transformation through the uphill journey of loss, love and life.

A perfect blend of autobiography, self-help and an overall motivational guide to life, we follow each element of the S.P.E.A.K. acronym—Surrender, Power, Empathy, Authenticity and Knowledge—the program she has founded to ”Create Great Change by empowering individuals to lead a more open-hearted life.” and joins her on the empowering journey to approach and build a life of fulfillment, appreciation and inspiration.

REVIEW

To be honest, I had to Google what Peloton was beforehand—not familiar with the fitness niche, sorry—but the synopsis had such a positive pull on me that I ended up diving right into the ALC.

I even went grocery shopping with it & found myself so mesmerized by her compelling story-telling that I didn’t realize I’d been standing in the cereal aisle for 10 minutes until the clerk expressed his concern—you get what I mean, this book is for everyone, everywhere.

I love how heartfelt Tunde’s own narrative was. I could sense the deep emotions hidden in her words as she spoke of personal experiences—happiness, doubt, anger, loss, pain and all—even FELT every moment of it. I appreciate her so much for sharing a story that connects so deeply. It takes such strength to be so vulnerable & I admire her immensely for it.

The perfect book for any lost readers searching for a right direction or positivity to find strength in moments of life.
